MyO
MyO is a sports wearable suite designed for fitness enthusiasts and athletes who want insights into muscle performance. The suite includes a waist belt, a leg strap and a shoulder strap, each fitted with electromyography sensors that monitor muscle activity. A detachable receiver unit sends the data to a companion application, which gives feedback on muscle engagement, fatigue and form. The modular parts can be adjusted for a comfortable fit, and a shared charging dock serves all components. Medical grade silicone and hypoallergenic fabrics are used for durability and comfort.
MyO Sports Wearable by Tielin Ding has been featured as an outstanding representation of product design by the A' Design Awards. MyO Sports Wearable earned the Iron A' Design Award in Wearable Technologies Design in 2025.
